GPSR information for every product in your Shopify store

Since 13 December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation has required manufacturer, product identification and safety details for every product. EuKlar stores them on your products, shows them on the product page and lists the products where something is still missing.

FAQ

Do I need an EU responsible person?

Only if the manufacturer is based outside the EU/EEA. The app detects this from the manufacturer's country and only asks for one then.

Where does the information appear?

In a collapsible block on the product page, in your theme's fonts and colors. The details are also stored in product fields and can be edited in Shopify.

What happens to my data?

The app only works with products, not with customers or orders. Servers are in Germany, and there are no analytics or ad tools. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Does the app replace legal advice?

No. It helps you keep the details complete and consistent; it does not judge whether they are sufficient in an individual case.
